Best Timing for Lower Rental Rates & Warm Swimming
To keep rental rates significantly lower while ensuring ocean water temperatures are wonderfully warm for swimming (~80°F), we are targeting these two prime windows:
Option 1: Early June
Ocean: ~78°F - 80°FRight before peak summer school-out spikes in late June/July. Gorgeous sunny days, warm ocean water, and rates 20-30% lower than mid-summer peak.
Option 2: Early-to-Mid September
Ocean: ~81°F - 83°FThe ocean reaches peak summer warmth after months of sun. Crowds disappear, beaches are open and peaceful, and rental prices drop dramatically after Labor Day.
